After looking at dozens of options for blinds and curtains and getting bids for my place to the tune of $1,200-$3,000 I was about ready to give up. Then I found Blinds Chalet and the price was under $1,000 for 7 custom large and odd sized windows. I ordered the Express Cordless 9/16" Light Filtering Cell Shades to outfit my whole house. I chose 4 different colors and chose to mount them inside the window frame. When ordering I found the process very easy and the directions on how to measure were helpful. I called and spoke to a very friendly rep who told me how I could save my order and lock in the savings before it expired and still get some color samples to make sure the colors worked in my place. The samples arrived in a few days, I loved what I saw, although not all the colors samples were available as they were out of stock. I went back to my profile and did make a few adjustments to my order before I purchased anything. Once ordered, the blinds arrived in about 2-3 weeks in one well packaged box. They were extremely easy to install and came with almost everything you needed, except for the power drill or screwdriver but most people have those. We had all of them up in about an hour to an hour and a half with a power drill. They have helped reduce some of the heat in my house during these super hot summer days. I love the color and they look beautiful in my home. I would recommend and use you again.

I really liked these. I had ordered for two other windows but realized that despite the length measurement being submitted, the Express Cordless blinds only come in two lengths and can't be customized so I instead switched the order to the Premier blinds which can have the length customized. The "fixed" lengths issue was a little obscure on the website when ordering and would be better if it was spelled out more clearly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
